What exactly does LeadLocker AI do?+
We build and manage a custom 4-layer automation system for your brokerage. When a lead comes in from any source (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook, your website), the system responds automatically within 60 seconds with a personalized SMS and email from the agent's name. It then qualifies the lead with a 2-3 question sequence, scores them as Hot/Warm/Cold, logs everything in your CRM, and enrolls cold leads in a nurture sequence. Hot leads get flagged immediately for agent follow-up.
How is this different from my existing CRM?+
Your CRM stores and organizes leads. LeadLocker AI is the automation layer that sits on top — or integrates with — your CRM. Most CRMs require a human to trigger sequences and log contacts. LeadLocker AI makes the first response happen automatically, before any human touches the lead. We also handle the maintenance: if an integration breaks or a sequence gets misconfigured, we fix it, not you.
How fast is the lead response?+
Under 60 seconds from the time the lead submits, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays. The system runs continuously — a lead that comes in at 2AM on a Sunday gets the same response speed as a lead that comes in Monday at 10AM.
Will leads know they're talking to automation?+
No — not in the way you're worried about. The initial SMS goes out from the agent's actual name and number (via a number registered to that agent). The message is personalized based on the lead source, property type, and location of inquiry. It reads like a fast agent response, not a generic autoresponder. We don't send messages that say 'You've been enrolled in our marketing system.'
What lead sources does it connect to?+
We connect to any lead source that has an API or webhook, which includes: Zillow Premier Agent, Realtor.com Connection Plus, Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, your brokerage website, BoomTown, kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, and most major real estate platforms. If you use a source we haven't integrated before, we'll build the integration as part of setup.
How long does setup take?+
5–10 business days from signing to go-live. We handle the technical setup: integrations, sequence content, CRM configuration, and agent routing rules. You provide us with: your lead sources, agent roster, CRM access, and the messaging tone you want the system to use.
What CRMs do you integrate with?+
We integrate with Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, LionDesk, HubSpot, Sierra Interactive, Chime, BoomTown, and any CRM with an API. If you're using a custom or legacy CRM, we'll evaluate integration during the discovery call.
What's included in the monthly service?+
On the Growth plan ($997/month): the full 4-layer automation system, CRM integration, lead qualification sequences, nurture email + SMS campaigns, a daily Telegram briefing at 8AM with your pipeline summary, monthly performance review, and ongoing maintenance of all integrations. The Starter plan ($497/month) includes single lead source, basic qualification, and email nurture only.
Do you offer a guarantee?+
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the system doesn't demonstrably improve your lead contact rate within 30 days of going live, you get a full refund. No questions asked. We put this in writing in the client agreement.
Does this replace my agents?+
No — it makes your agents more effective. The system handles the first 60 seconds and the qualification process. Your agents still make the calls, build the relationships, and close the deals. What changes is that when your agents make those calls, the lead has already been warmed up, is expecting to hear from you, and has been scored so your agents know who to prioritize.
What happens if a lead replies with a complex question the system can't handle?+
The system is designed to recognize when a response needs human intervention — an unusual question, a complaint, or a complex situation. Those responses get flagged and routed to the agent immediately with a notification. The agent takes over the conversation from that point. The system handles the predictable 80% of interactions; agents handle the edge cases.
How is pricing structured?+
There's a one-time setup fee (Starter: $500, Growth: $750, Agency: $1,500) and a monthly service fee (Starter: $497, Growth: $997, Agency: $1,997). The setup fee covers integration build, sequence configuration, CRM setup, and agent onboarding. The monthly fee covers the running system, maintenance, and support. No annual contracts required on standard plans.
Can I try it before committing?+

What if I already have an ISA (Inside Sales Agent)?+
Automation and an ISA work well together. The system handles first contact and qualification automatically. Your ISA's job shifts from 'respond to every lead' to 'close the hot leads the system has already qualified.' This makes your ISA dramatically more productive — they spend zero time on low-intent leads and all their time on buyers who are ready to act.
